If you come by train:

You can easily reach the Diaconessenhuis by train. The Hague has two stations (Centraal Station and Hollands Spoor), Voorburg and Rijswijk each have one train station.

From Rotterdam:

Either get out in Rijswijk, and take bus 23. This stops in front of the hospital.
or:
Get out at Hollands Spoor, take the tram line no 10, This stops in front of the hospital

From Amsterdam:

Get out at Station "Laan van Nieuw Oost Indië", and take the bus line 23,
or:
Get out at the Central Station, take the train to Utrecht and get out at Station Voorburg. From there it approximately is a 10 minutes walk to the hospital.

From Utrecht:

Take the train to Den Haag Centraal Station, get out at Voorburg, and follow directions as above.
